St Paul's is a Christ-centred learning community that celebrates and respects the unique gifts of each person by embracing its motto 'Stand Firm in Faith' and the community motto 'Caring, Serving and Welcoming All'.
As such, St Paul's aims to provide a caring environment where all should feel safe, respected and a sense of belonging as an individual.
Bullying of any kind is not acceptable at our school.
In the first instance, students are to report any incident of bullying to their classroom teacher.
We focus on prevention through classroom and whole school teaching, with Positive Behaviours For Learning guiding our lessons. We work to respond early, reacting to complaints and providing a tactical response. It is important to assist in the repair process through restitution, supporting both the bully and the victim to build skills in relationships and resilience.
